I’m Troy Schuyler, owner/CEO of the Sky Team.
Over the years, I have been blessed to help so many Roseburg, OR home buyers and sellers and build one of the top real estate teams in the county. My wife and I have also done a good bit of real estate investing, flips, and rental properties.
Starting in my early 20’s, I was bitten by the real estate bug and intrigued with buying, selling, and investing… and that excitement and passion never left.

But, one passion that has grown for me over the years is learning how to leverage technology to help me and my team “do real estate” more efficiently and effectively, while achieving better results for our clients.
I established the Sky Team to do things better and provide real estate services based on our client’s needs, not our paycheck, and we back our commitment with a satisfaction guarantee.

So, helping people buy and sell real estate is what I love to do. There is nothing more satisfying to me than seeing the look on a buyer’s face (and sometimes happy tears) when they walk into their new-to-them home for the first time.
It is equally as rewarding to help sellers negotiate a successful sale on their home. It is rewarding to know that we have not only made a client for life but a friend as well. This passion, combined with my knowledge of technology has helped me build a successful real estate career since 1994.
